An extraordinary training session with your baby!

You will learn the basic steps and simple and short choreographies with music to Salsa, Merengue and ChaChaCha. Dance with the best partner, your baby!

This course is for body and soul: You discover a different time of mom-life, and the bond with your baby to Salsa music, puts you in a good mood. The little ones usually fall asleep immediately with music and movements. You get yourself back in shape after birth and meeting new people.

What are you bringing with you to the course? Comfortable ergo-sling and of course your baby 🙂

The course is 6×60 minutes and costs CHF 120.- The structure of the course for each lesson: 45 minutes are danced and the remaining 15 minutes are available to exchange ideas with other parents or continue dancing. Both, mothers and fathers are welcome with their babies in the course. The course is suitable for babies aged 2-12 months, as you will have them in the carrier most of the time (of course you can also put your babies down from time to time).
